Veracruz, Ver,  December 7^th  2011.- During November, the Port of Veracruz  handled  a total  of one million 548 thousand 850 tonnes of cargo, amount that represent a 14.3 % increment compared whit November 2010.

From January until November 2011, the Port has reached a total of 17 millions 593 thousand 289 tonnes of cargo, a 10.2 % more compared whit last year  same period.

According to the cargo and productivity  statistical abstract, from the Port of Veracruz  Administration, show´s that in November  arrived 152 vessels  and a total on 1692 vessels from January until November a 14.2 % increment.

All the products and  goods that are handled  in the Por of Veracruz showed a growth, but the three kinds of cargo  that grew significantly were: vehicles 28%, liquid bulk 12 % and containers 10.1 %.
