1-.To obtain and/or maintain the certification of clean industry or fulfillment of Port environment.

Goals:

• The ports that don’t have the certificate should keep on working for it on 2010.
• The ports that have the certificate should keep it current.

2-.To achieve that the cessionary and the services provider implement actions directed to prevent the pollution and preservation of the environment.

Goals:

• To perform at least three actions with the cessionaries and/or services providers for a year.

3.-To efficient the use of resources and materials of the organization.

Goals:

• To carry on three activities that result on the reduction of consumption of electric energy, water and combustibles at the end of the year.

4.-To implement the Special Program of Improvement on the Integral Port Administrations through the Project of Improvement, in order to improve the processes, maximize the quality of goods and services, increase the effectiveness and minimize the operation and administration costs.

Goals:

• To perform the actions to fulfill with the projects of the PIMG that will be reported during this year on the electronic system.
